Executed in collaboration with Sanmarg Projects Private Ltd. in Noida, this project represents a significant contribution to the regional energy infrastructure, specifically supporting Hindusthan Petroleum Corporation Limited’s (HPCL) City Gas Distribution (CGD) network. The site work was centered at IP-03-Harsoli and Dokwa along National Highway 52 (NH52) in Doka, Churu. Laxmi Construction carried out comprehensive multi-disciplinary operations spanning mechanical, civil, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines to build and integrate the CGD Mother Station.
On the mechanical front, the scope included precise hot tapping operations—a critical engineering process that allows safe connections to live pressurized pipelines without interrupting supply—alongside structural alignment, high-pressure piping installation, and robust equipment positioning. The civil component involved foundation casting, site preparation, paving work, and surrounding infrastructure necessary to house heavy machinery and secure high-pressure gas lines.
Simultaneously, electrical and instrumentation systems were installed to enable automated control, pressure monitoring, safety shut-offs, and continuous telemetry across the station. By managing every phase from civil earthworks to final system integration, Laxmi Construction delivered an operational facility capable of maintaining a stable, safe supply of natural gas to meet industrial and domestic distribution demands across the region.
