Plant Piping Project
Complete plant piping fabrication, installation and erection for refineries, petrochemical complexes and process plants. From isometric take-off to hydro test, our crews handle carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized and NACE-grade piping with documented weld quality at every stage.

Scope of Work
What this service covers.

Piping Fabrication
Shop and site fabrication of spools per isometrics — cutting, fit-up, welding and marking with full material traceability.

Piping Erection
Erection and alignment of piping systems on racks, sleepers and equipment nozzles, with controlled bolt-up and torquing.

Equipment Connections
Final alignment and connection of piping to pumps, exchangers, vessels and package units without imposing nozzle loads.

Support Installation
Fabrication and installation of pipe supports, shoes, guides, anchors and spring hangers per support drawings.

Modification & Revamp
In-plant modification, rerouting and revamp piping during shutdowns and running-plant windows.

Testing & Reinstatement
Flushing, hydro testing, drying, reinstatement and punch-list closure with complete test packs.
Execution Method
How we deliver it.

Isometrics & MTO
Drawing study, material take-off, and spool sequencing planned around site erection fronts.

WPS / PQR & Welder Qualification
Welding procedures qualified and welders tested for each material grade before production welding.

Fabrication & Fit-up
Stage-wise inspection of fit-up, root and final passes; joint history maintained per spool.

NDT, Hydro Test & Handover
RT/UT/DPT per class, hydro test packs, line check and mechanical completion documentation.
Capability Snapshot
Materials, standards & testing.

HSE & quality, built in.
Every job runs under our HSE policy — hazard identification, EHS-trained crews, permits and stage-wise quality checks with full documentation.
Frequently Asked
Common questions.
Yes. We routinely execute modification and revamp piping in operating units — under permit-to-work systems, with hot-work controls, spading plans and tie-in windows agreed with plant operations.
Yes. We have executed NACE-grade piping including at the IOCL Panipat complex, with hardness-controlled welding procedures and the additional testing sour service demands.
Both models work: client-issued free-supply materials with our reconciliation, or our procurement against approved makes — in either case with full mill-certificate traceability.
