Fire Fighting Pipeline

Design, fabrication and erection of industrial fire fighting pipeline networks — hydrant rings, sprinkler mains, deluge and monitor systems built to safety codes, tested end-to-end and documented for statutory approval.

Scope of Work

What this service covers.

Hydrant Networks

Underground and above-ground hydrant ring mains with hydrants, monitors and isolation valves.

Sprinkler & Deluge Systems

Sprinkler mains and deluge piping for tank farms, transformer bays and process areas.

Pump House Piping

Fire water pump suction/discharge manifolds, headers and valve stations.

Foam Systems

Foam solution piping for tank protection and loading gantries.

Modification & Extension

Extension and rerouting of live fire networks with minimal protection downtime.

Testing & Commissioning

Hydro testing, flushing, flow tests and assistance in statutory / insurer inspections.

Execution Method

How we deliver it.

Layout & Hydraulics Review

Network layout, hydrant coverage and flow requirements verified against codes.

Fabrication & Coating

Pipe fabrication with corrosion protection suited to buried and exposed service.

Erection & Valve Stations

Laying, erection, thrust blocks, hydrants, monitors and valve installation.

Flush, Test & Commission

Flushing, hydro test, flow verification and handover with test records.

Capability Snapshot

Materials, standards & testing.

HSE & quality, built in.

Every job runs under our HSE policy — hazard identification, EHS-trained crews, permits and stage-wise quality checks with full documentation.

Frequently Asked

Common questions.

Can you extend a live fire water network?

Yes — extensions and tie-ins are sequenced so protection stays available, with temporary arrangements and short, planned isolation windows agreed with the plant fire officer.

Do you supply hydrants, monitors and valves?

We can work with client-supplied equipment or procure against approved makes; either way installation, testing and commissioning are in our scope.

What tests are done before handover?

Flushing to clean-water criteria, hydro test of the network, and flow/pressure verification at the hydraulically remotest points — all documented for statutory and insurer review.
